Store Returns Policy

• Our customers may return any item, at any time, for full refund or credit if that item is found by us to be defective.
• Items that have been worn, soiled, stored in a smoky environment, or have had their tags removed, will not be considered for returns.

COAT/CHAPS/VEST RETURN POLICY

Any coat, unaltered chaps, vests, may be returned for full credit within 72 hours of purchase provided ALL TAGS ARE ATTACHED and product NOT WORN or STORED in SMOKEY ENVIRONMENT.

We DO NOT ALLOW WEAR TESTS FOR ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OTHER THAN IN-STORE TRIALS.

Any Products, tags removed, and used one or more times, are now USED PRODUCTS. WE DO NOT SELL USED PRODUCTS TO ANY CLIENT.
